Alhamdulilah we had the opportunity to bring Jahedul on the podcast this week all the way from the UK during his Australia tour.
Jahedul has been in the calisthenics world for several years now, creating and building his community back in the UK around fitness to now opening up his own gym allahuma barik!
This episode with Jahedul we discussed his journey in how he got into fitness and the introduction of calisthenics to how it’s transformed him as a person, his mental health and it’s connection to his faith. We also spoke about the content creation journey, building community, facing criticism and believing in yourself and the vision you see no matter the ups and downs you deal with along the way.

Such an honour to have Ustadh Ahmed Zarat on the couch this week from Sydney during his busy time in Melbourne. Ustadh Ahmed is very well known in Sydney for his Maydaan Archery Club. In this episode we spoke about so much including his story from Martial Arts to falling in love with the sunnah sport of Archery, delving into all sunnah sports and how they are the answer to the modern day self-development. Ustadh spoke about the importance of the connection between body & mind and how it co-relates with all aspects in our lives.
